Sonja Tesch

Sonja Tesch has more than 15 years of experience in restructuring consulting and joined the FTI-Andersch team in 2006. In the meantime, she has gained temporary experience in the private equity sector.

She has also worked for a leading global auditing firm and a medium-sized management consultancy.

Her professional focus is on the identification and implementation of performance improvement measures and the management of complex turnaround projects. In addition, she regularly takes interim management positions as CFO or CTO.

Her industry focus is in particular on mechanical and plant engineering as well as on the automotive supplier industry.

Sonja Tesch studied business administration at the Christian-Albrechts-University in Kiel.
