Philipp Oemler

Philipp Oemler has been part of the FTI-Andersch team since 2016. He advises companies and private equity investors on how to sustainably increase profitability and enterprise value — from strategic analysis to successful implementation. His work focuses on holistic company analyses (full potential assessments) and the design and implementation of integrated transformation programs. His areas of expertise include growth, portfolio management, the redesign of value chains and organisational development.

He has extensive cross-industry experience, particularly in mechanical and plant engineering, manufacturing, software development and logistics.

At the beginning of his professional career, Philipp Oemler worked for five years in network control, fleet management and process optimisation in the logistics division of a leading OEM supplier.

He then spent five years in restructuring consulting at a leading international consulting firm, where he played a key role in establishing the Operational Restructuring and Transformation Management division, most recently in the role of manager. He holds the title of Lean Expert Production.

Philipp Oemler studied logistics at the German Foreign Trade and Transport Academy in Bremen (Business Administration) and economics at the universities of Paderborn (Bachelor of Science), Münster and Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, USA (Master of Science).

He is the father of three children.
