Julian Drellmann

Julian Drellmann has been with FTI-Andersch since 2013 and has over 15 years of experience in restructuring consulting. He previously worked for leading international auditing and strategy consulting firms, where he gained extensive expertise in transformation and financing issues.

His professional focus is on the preparation and independent review of restructuring concepts as well as the development of integrated business plans and short-term liquidity management. In addition, he supports companies in conducting option analyses and financial due diligence.

His industry focus is on the mechanical and plant engineering, industrial and automotive supply sectors. He is also responsible for the area of finance transformation.

Julian Drellmann holds an MBA from Mannheim Business School.
