Christopher Weiß has been advising clients on restructuring/turnaround and refinancing processes for FTI-Andersch since 2015. Before joining FTI-Andersch, the qualified banker was a member of the M&A and valuation practice of a leading global auditing firm.

Christopher Weiß specializes in operational and financial restructuring. He develops pragmatic restructuring concepts, drives liquidity management and business planning, and leads complex turnaround projects with a hands-on approach. He is highly experienced in bringing diverse stakeholders to the table and successfully guiding financing negotiations.

Several of his projects have also involved transactional processes (M&A) on both the sell-side and the buy-side, particularly in Carve-Out situations.

Christopher brings cross-industry experience, having advised companies across a wide range of sectors. Most recently, he has been particularly active in the automotive industry.

Christopher Weiß (Master of Science) studied Finance & Accounting at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt as well as in Boston (Boston College) and Washington D.C. (American University).

He is married and the father of two children.
